When possible, Stage North partners with local community groups to host performing arts events and to contribute to the quality of life in Slave Lake. Past and current community project include:

• Sponsoring live performances at BeachFest and Riverboat Daze.
• Hosting an annual Christmas Coffeehouse and donating the proceeds to local charities.
• Establishing the Dave Symington Fine Arts Memorial Scholarship in support of our local students.
• Installing $20,000 worth of lighting system upgrades at the Legacy Centre with financial support from The Government of Alberta (CFEP grant), the Elks Club of Slave Lake, the Rotary Club of Slave Lake, Select Rentals, and Double B.
• Assisting local community groups with ticket sales for performing arts events through our ShowPass application.
